Calm Seas Integrative Services supports our First Responder and Military Community. We provide support services for being "Mentally Fit and Physically Well" This is our first run series in the hopes of helping people maintain healthy lifestyles and goals!

Our Approach

Functional Nutrition

Functional nutrition focuses on supporting the body and mind through holistic nutrition strategies that help improve energy, recovery, focus, stress resilience, sleep, and overall wellness. Especially for our first responder and military communities, those whom work in high-stress professions.

We focus on

Energy and performance during long shifts and demanding schedules

Stress and recovery from chronic stress and irregular routines

Addressing foundational habits with sleep and hydration

Creating realistic nutrition strategies that fit into busy and high stress shift work

Our goal is to help create practical goals, not perfect.

Meet Nikki

Nikki Martin serves as a key representative of Calm Seas within the military and law enforcement communities, strengthening relationships and expanding our outreach efforts. Her role integrates performance-based wellness, prevention education, and meaningful connection to the populations we are committed to supporting.

As a tactical wellness educator and soon-to-be Functional Nutritionist, Nikki brings a practical, disciplined lens to health — one that aligns directly with the operational demands placed on service members and law enforcement officers.
