NYS Corrections Officers & Their Families

Calm Seas Psychotherapy proudly supports New York State Corrections Officers, their families, and DOCCS-related staff. Our practice has extensive experience working with this population, and we currently provide care to more than 500 individuals connected to NYS Corrections.
Our goal in highlighting this community is simple:
to make it clear that officers and their families are welcome here, and that we understand their unique stressors, culture, and clinical needs.
We accept their insurance plans, are familiar with the demands of their work, and provide trauma-informed, confidential services tailored to law enforcement and correctional personnel.
