A 13-week virtual group meeting for 2.5 hours, once a week

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a holistic therapy that studies the relationship between the mind and body in regard to psychological past.

Repetitive PTSD Education Program

This six-week group discusses all the aspects of how and why repetitive trauma occurs.

Disordered Eating Support

This twelve-week support group is for anyone who struggles with their relationship with food and their body.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

This 24- week group is broken down into four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills.

CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

CBT places an emphasis on helping individuals learn to be their own therapists.

Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention Support

This meeting will meet on Tuesday evenings at 5 pm weekly for 12 weeks.

Men’s Domestic Violence Intervention

This group utilizes an evidence-based psychoeducational model to intervene with perpetrators of domestic violence.

Law Enforcement Spouse’s Support

A support group for the spouses of law enforcement personnel that may be experiencing difficulty adjusting to the work requirements of our men and women in law enforcement and the issues or concerns this may bring to the relationship and family.

Stronger Together – Women’s support / Toxic relationships.

This is a Women’s education group offered for anyone who has experienced a controlling, jealous, negative relationship that has turned toxic.

12-week virtual group designed for women who feel like they are juggling too many things and need time to focus on themselves.

Trauma Therapy for the Formerly Incarcerated

This 12-week program utilizes evidenced-based therapy to address trauma responses. Each 1 ½ - hour session provides trauma therapy and psychoeducation for the formerly incarcerated.

Teen Talk

12-week virtual group for teens 13-17 years old meeting for 45 minutes once a week

LEO Alcohol and the Job

This group is specific to LEO population and how alcohol use is a well accepted part of the culture.
