This group is intended to for clients to learn and practice different skills and techniques related to changing habits/behaviors, attention/focus, emotional regulation and strong emphasis on mindfulness and meditation practices and learning. It will include discussion/reflection of experiences as well as psychoeducational therapeutic components. Based on trauma-informed care using the following modalities: DBT/CBT[MBCT]/ACT.
