Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Do you offer reduced fee services?

Yes. We offer reduced fee services on a limited basis for individuals who may need financial assistance. Availability is not guaranteed and may depend on current openings, so we encourage you to ask about this option during your initial contact.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. We also accept Venmo as an additional payment option.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment without proper notice, you’ll be charged the full session fee. As a flexible option, you can change your in-person appointment to a Telehealth session anytime before it starts.

Will I receive a reminder about my appointment?

Yes. You will receive a reminder text or call prior to your scheduled appointment to help you stay on track and avoid any missed sessions.
