Tammy Decker

LMSW

Tammy is a trauma-trained professional dedicated to supporting military personnel, law enforcement officers, first responders, and their families in their journeys toward emotional well-being. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), she effectively addresses the complex traumas often experienced in these high-stress professions. Additionally, Tammy is certified as a Pastoral counselor and in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), which further enhances her ability to help clients challenge negative thought patterns and foster resilience.

Understanding the unique pressures faced by those in military and emergency services, Tammy creates a compassionate and judgment-free space where individuals can openly explore their feelings. Her goal is to empower clients to navigate trauma, cultivate self-compassion, and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life through evidence-based therapeutic practices
