This is a Women’s education group offered for anyone who has experienced a controlling, jealous, negative relationship that has turned toxic. The purpose of this education class is to create an understanding of the dynamics of toxic relationships, power and control, to look at self-esteem, self-confidence, and to help realize that the abuse is not their fault. In addition to understanding the cycle of abuse, safety planning and support, time will be spent on learning about various community resources that can offer assistance.
