Tammy Decker

MSW Candidate

Tammy is an MSW intern, Certified Life Coach and Crisis Text Counselor, dedicated to supporting Law Enforcement Officers, Military Personnel, first responders, and their families on their journeys toward emotional well-being. She understands that the unique pressures faced by those in law enforcement, military, and emergency services can lead to feelings of isolation and stress. Her diverse experiences and education have shaped her approach to helping others navigate life’s challenges and exercise self-compassion as a foundational tool for healing. Her goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can express their thoughts and emotions openly and to provide a compassionate, supportive presence that allows each person to explore their feelings, gain insights, and ultimately move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
