Madalyn is a Master of Social Work graduate from Long Island University’s Brentwood campus. She graduated summa cum laude from Long Island University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2021. Madalyn is knowledgeable in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. Her experience includes working in various settings such as a skilled nursing facility, an employee assistance program, and an advocacy-based social work organization. Madalyn strongly believes in fighting the stigmas surrounding mental health. She seeks to facilitate a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe and have their voices heard.
