Holiday is a dedicated therapist with a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University, specializing in advanced clinical practice focused on healing from past trauma and fostering resilience across all age groups. With experience integrating Eastern mindfulness practices with Western counseling techniques, she tailors interventions to meet individual needs. Her approach includes play therapy and art therapy via telehealth, which are particularly effective in engaging younger clients and helping them develop communication skills.

During her 600-hour intern practicum at Calm Seas, Holiday worked extensively with families of first responders, supported individuals recovering from substance addiction, and aided court-ordered clients. She brings expertise in addressing chronic illnesses, trauma, and grief, adopting a holistic approach to mental health. Her philosophy centers on providing unwavering support, fostering self-understanding, and creating a safe therapeutic environment.

Holiday did her internship with CSP from 2022 to 2023 working with our population and  is now returning to Calm Seas Psychotherapy as a LMSW.
