Diego is a seasoned professional with a robust background in the child welfare system, where he has skillfully supported families from various cultural and structural backgrounds. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Psychology from Queens College and is currently advancing his expertise through a Master’s program in Social Work at Long Island University. Diego is well-versed in a range of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, the problem-solving model, and solution-focused therapy. He is particularly passionate about applying his skills and knowledge to serve Law Enforcement Officers and their families, aiming to address their unique challenges and support their mental health and well-being.
