Cynthia Flannery-Rendon

LMSW

As a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, with a special focus on first responders, military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and their loved ones.

Specializing in trauma-informed therapy and crisis intervention, I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can process experiences, explore challenges, and build resilience.

With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based techniques, I guide clients in developing practical coping strategies to navigate stress, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to empower individuals to build a personalized “coping skills toolbox” that fosters strength and well-being.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a culturally sensitive approach to my work, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.
