Blake Rose

Domestic Violence Program Coordinator

Blake is the Domestic Violence Intervention Program Coordinator at Calm Seas Psychotherapy, where she specializes in working in both group and individual therapeutic settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, along with an Advanced Certificate in Victim Studies. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Blake co-facilitates court-mandated and voluntary intervention groups for individuals seeking to break patterns of abusive behavior and develop healthier, more respectful relationships.
In her role as Program Coordinator, Blake brings a trauma-informed and accountability-based approach to intervention work. She emphasizes a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients can examine their use of power and control, challenge harmful belief systems, and engage in meaningful behavioral change. She tailors each session to the needs of the individual while maintaining a strong group structure that supports honest reflection and lasting growth.
Blake is deeply committed to creating pathways for change and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients through the process of self-examination and transformation. Her goal is to help make the unmanageable feel manageable and to support individuals in building lives rooted in responsibility, empathy, and integrity.
