Allen L Hershman holds Doctoral Degree’s in both Education and Psychology. He is licensed to practice in both NY and NJ. In addition to ten areas of certification with the NY State Education Department, he holds; Nationally Certified School Psychologist, CMCC (Certified Military Clinical Counselor), Board Certification in Forensic Traumatology, Traumatic Stress and War Trauma. Organization Memberships include: Disabled American Veterans (Life Member), The Army Aviation Association (Life Member), The Reserve Officers Association (Life Member), Association of Military Surgeons of the US (AMSUS, Life Member), Military Officers Association of America (Life Member), The NJ and Hudson Valley Psychological Associations, The “Dustoff” Association (Life Member), The American Legion (Life Member) and is a Certified Instructor for the NY Division of Criminal Justice Municipal Police training Council. He is a Navy Veteran and USA (Ret). Further, he is a graduate of the US Army School of Aviation Medicine, Aeromedical Psychology Program.
