Tricia Klein

MHC

Tricia graduated from  Queens College with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 2020. After a long career with L’Oréal, she faced a life-changing experience that caused her to alter her direction, to help those who are suffering as she once was. Tricia uses a client-centered approach in counseling sessions and focuses on meeting the client where they are. Her priority is to create a therapeutic relationship in a safe space, judgement-free, and built on trust. Tricia’s experience is diverse, working with those who suffer from substance abuse, bipolar, and depression including clients on the autism spectrum, both low and high functioning. Her main goal is to guide clients in the journey from suffering to living a fulfilling, peaceful, and joyous life as she did. Tricia firmly believes that there is nothing too small to bring to therapy if it is keeping you from living your best life.
