Nancy Zhu


Nancy holds a Masters of Social Work  from Columbia University. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Clinical/Community Psychology. Over the past three years, Nancy has worked with over 300 college students to help them address a range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and grief. As a specialization, Nancy is devoted to working with individuals suffering from eating disorders. She dedicates to help individuals reconcile their relationships with food. In terms of modalities she uses the integrative therapeutic approaches of CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Her social work philosophy is that recovery looks different for everyone, but recovery is possible for everyone.
