Michelle Cimetta

LCSW

When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for life to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through difficult times; addictions, anxiety, relationship/marital challenges, loss, depression or PTSD. I help clients, who include teens, adults, couples and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their lives and relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, content, empowered and enlightened. Dedication, passion, and commitment can bring you all the support you need to fulfill your life’s purpose. My experience has taught me that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been taught in a range of modalities, including spiritual awareness, shame resilience, strengths perspective, solution-focused therapy, supportive therapy, EFT, CBT, DBT, grief counseling and mindfulness approaches to the treatment process.
