Kiran Miner is a LCSWR in New York State and has her Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University Graduate School and her Bachelors degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Certified First Responders Counselor through Academy Hour. She is EMDR certified and has training in Critical Incident Stress Debriefings. She had worked as the Clinical Director of The Recovery center outpatient program and the New Hope Manor women and children’s program in Sullivan county NY. She was the supervisor of the Community Services Treatment Reaching Youth program. She had been the supervisor in two New Jersey Mobil crisis teams in Passaic and Bergen county. Kiran uses a strong CBT approach. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression issues. She works with military personnel and veterans, Police, First Responders and their families including children.
